Our Philosophy

Yoga is more than posture — it is a philosophy that arose in India thousands of years ago, a wisdom tradition passed down through practice, breath, and meditation. Its deeper teachings remind us that body, mind, and spirit are not separate, but expressions of the same whole.

At its heart, yoga is a path of self-realisation: learning to listen inwardly, to quieten the noise, and to live with awareness and compassion. The teachings guide us to release what no longer serves, embody presence in each moment, and recognise the unity that underlies all life.

Our intent is simple — to honour these timeless origins while sharing yoga in a way that is inclusive, grounded, and supportive of modern life.

Somatic Psychotherapy

The body holds stories, experiences, memories, and emotions. Somatic psychotherapy begins by creating a deeper connection with your body as the starting point of your healing journey. It empowers you to develop a safe relationship with yourself and cultivate awareness within.

When you feel safe in your body, you have the space to unpack and explore thoughts, behaviours, feelings, and experiences. This process helps reveal how our histories are stored physically and emotionally, while the safe therapeutic relationship supports healing and rewriting the narrative of your story.

This work can support a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief (including complicated grief), self-esteem, relationships, chronic pain, regulation, and sexuality.

Private Yoga Sessions

Private sessions are tailored to your individual needs, goals, and intentions, drawing on yoga, meditation, movement, and breathwork. Whether you are working with chronic pain, recovering from injury, managing anxiety, improving flexibility, or building strength, each class is curated to support you personally.

Individual attention is given to alignment, breath, cultivating body awareness, and making supportive adjustments. These sessions also aim to help you create a greater sense of safety and ease within your body.
